SENIOR BUILDING STRUCTURAL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
JSE is seeking a senior level building engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience successfully managing and designing medium to large scale projects. This individual shall be responsible for managing various size projects, coordinate with clients and lead designers and drafting efforts to produce construction documents. Depending on the size of some projects, individual will also need to perform design and detail projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Master Degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineering License or Structural Engineering license (preferred).

  • Project experience in the commercial, healthcare, education, housing and environmental markets.

  • Must have an excellent working knowledge of the building codes and design standards, i.e. ICC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, NDS, etc.

  • Significant experience with steel and concrete structures, post-tension design and seismic design and detailing requirements for steel and concrete structures.

  • Proficient in RAM Structural System, RAM Elements ADAPT-PT, MS Office Suites and a basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Successful candidate shall also have good oral and written English communication skills, technically savvy and capable of working in a team environment.


BUILDING STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
JSE is seeking a building structural engineer with a minimum of 4 years experience successfully designing medium to large scale projects. This individual shall be responsible for modeling and designing various size projects, coordinate with project managers and supplying design and detailing information to the drafting personnel in the effort to produce construction documents. Depending on the size of some projects, individual may coordinate with the client.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Master Degree is preferred.
  • A Professional Engineering or Structural Engineering license is preferred.

  • Project experience in the commercial, healthcare, education, housing and environmental markets.

AUTOCAD/REVIT TECHNICIAN – 1
Description:
Position requires proficiency in Revit Structures, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite with experience in developing design and construction documents for Commercial and Specialty projects and technically savvy. Successful candidate shall be team oriented self motivated.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience producing Structural building contract documents in AutoCAD.

  • Ability to create tool pallets within AutoCAD.
  • Minimum 2 years experience producing Structural building contact documents in Revit.

  • Ability to create and edit Project Parameters, create parametric Families, Project Templates and Title Blocks.

  • Understand and implement work sharing concepts.
  • Mentor less experienced employees.
  • Team oriented.

    • Resume with previous work references.
    • Examples of Projects.
    • Participate in half hour long Revit Skills Test using Revit 2010.

JSE is seeking senior level bridge engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience. A Masters Degree is preferred and a Professional Engineering or Structural Engineering license is a must. Significant experience with INDOT projects or experience designing complex bridge structures, concrete segmental bridges, post-tensioned and prestressed structures, cable stayed bridges, complex steel structures; curved girders, and/or box girders is preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and capable of working in a team environment on challenging projects.

JSE has openings for experienced construction project engineers/supervisors, and inspectors to inspect and manage INDOT and/or Local Federal Aid construction projects.  INDOT Inspection Certifications are required.  Past experience with inspection of INDOT and/or Local Federal Aid road and bridge construction projects required.

JSE is seeking entry level structural engineers with a Masters Degree as well as experienced structural engineers with a MS in civil engineering and Indiana PE license. Experience designing complex bridge structures, concrete segmental bridges, post-tensioned and prestressed structures, cable stayed bridges, complex steel structures; curved girders, and/or box girders is preferred.

JSE has openings for entry level as well as experienced road design engineers with a BS or MS degree in civil engineering.  Hydraulics design experience preferred.  Experience with AutoCad, MXROADS and/or Land Development for design modeling is desirable but not required.  Experienced candidates should have their Indiana PE license or be eligible for registration.

JSE has openings for experienced CAD technicians that are well versed with AutoCad or MicroStation.  Experience with structural and civil detailing (rebar, structural steel, post-tension, roadway, cross sections, etc.) is required.  Experience detailing INDOT road and bridge projects is preferred.
